The VIP Party
12/18/25 – Celeb vs Citizen Head-2-Head Retro Game Night!
The VIP Party is a charity contest and celebration where competitors will have already pre-chosen a STEAM education or humanitarian charity from their locale to represent and compete for $100,000 donations.
Event Hours are 4:30PM until ending around 9:30PM EST.
Games start at 5:00PM: Each of nine [9] game types will have sixty-four [64] competitors split into four [4] brackets of sixteen [16].
- Pool/Billiards
- Slotless Racetrack
- Foosball
- Air Hockey
- Skee-Ball
- Arcade Basketball
- Arcade Marksmanship
- Arcade Rider Racing
- Pinball
Round 2 = Eight [8] players
Round 3 = Four [4] players
1st = $100,000 to charity and Table to player
2nd = $60,000 to charity and $3,000 to player
3rd = $40,000 to charity and $2,000 to player
4th = $20,000 to charity and $1,000 to player
- Pool/Billiards
- 1 game of 8 ball
- 30 seconds per shot or forfeit shot
- If game passes 15 minutes, player with most balls in wins
- Slotless Racetrack
- 4 players of same bracket will get a few warm-up laps
- Round is x3 4 minute races
- 1st earns 4 points, 2nd earns 3 points and so on per each race
- Top 2 total points advance to next round
- There is no Round 4 as 1st-4th are determined in Round 3
- Foosball
- Best of 5 matches
- Swap sides and server for each match
- First to 5 by 2 with maximum of 8 goals
- Air Hockey
- Best of 7 matches
- Swap sides and server for each match
- First to 7 wins the round
- Skee-Ball
- 5 frames are played
- 1 frame is 9 pitches
- Highest total score wins
- Arcade Basketball
- 3 rounds will be played
- 1 round is 60 seconds shoot player 1, then 60 seconds for player 2
- Highest total score wins
- Arcade Marksmanship
- Duckhunt/Clayshooting
- Highest level + targets at 7 minutes or best score on loss advances
- Arcade Rider Racing
- Each bracket will ride on the same racer and same map
- Each of 2 racers will race twice, best time kept – then swap riders
- Best time advances and map changes for next Round
- Pinball
- Each bracket will play on the same machine
- 3 balls or 7 minutes
- Highest 8, then 4 scores advance, then those 4 play once more
- There is no Round 4 as 1st-4th are determined in Round 3
All votes must be in different brackets but can be same game type.
Round 1 = Your vote is worth 3 raffle entries
Round 2 = Your vote is worth 2 raffle entries
Round 3 = Your vote is worth 1 raffle entry
Round 4 = Voting is closed as 1st-4th are determined
PPV Players who voted on 1st-4th for each bracket are drawn:
1st = 10 winners of $500 Expo Shopping Sprees
2nd = 20 winners of $300 Expo Shopping Sprees
3rd = 40 winners of $150 Expo Shopping Sprees
4th = 80 winners of $100 Expo Shopping Sprees
Each Voter can win on each of their three [3] Votes.
